In the first half of the 20th Century, dairy workers made up a vast majority of the Teamsters' membership in and around Chicago. Teamsters Local 754 has led the pack ever since — at times representing as many as 10,000 workers in the dairy industry. Local 754 has remained a leader in organized labor, and continues to serve workers across Illinois and southern Wisconsin today.
